Questa pagina spiega quali dati raccoglie il sito di NABU, perché, dove finiscono e come puoi chiederne la modifica o la cancellazione.

Chi tratta i dati

Quali dati

Iscrizione al NABU Club (serve per consultare il menù online): nome e cognome, indirizzo di domicilio ed email; se li indichi, telefono e data di compleanno. Insieme a questi vengono annotati la lingua del sito, il modo di iscrizione (modulo o Google), la pagina da cui ti sei iscritto, il codice ospite e la tua scelta sulle comunicazioni.
Accesso con Google, se lo usi: Google ci passa solo nome ed email.
Prenotazioni: il modulo «Prenota» non salva nulla sul sito; prepara un messaggio che invii tu a NABU (WhatsApp o email).

Perché

Gestire il registro ospiti e l'accesso al club e al menù: è il servizio che chiedi iscrivendoti (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Inviarti inviti agli eventi e novità, solo se lo hai scelto (consenso, art. 6.1.a GDPR): puoi revocarlo quando vuoi.
Rispettare eventuali obblighi di legge (art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Dove sono e chi li gestisce per conto di NABU

Netlify, Inc.: ospita il sito e riceve il modulo di iscrizione. I server possono trovarsi anche negli Stati Uniti; il trasferimento avviene con le garanzie previste dal GDPR (clausole contrattuali standard della Commissione europea).
Google: foglio del registro ospiti, se attivo, e accesso con Google, se lo usi.
Chirvasuta Riccardo: gestione tecnica del sito, come responsabile del trattamento.

I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti ad altri.

Per quanto tempo

Finché resti iscritto al club. Il consenso alle comunicazioni vale finché non lo revochi. Puoi chiedere la cancellazione in qualsiasi momento.

I tuoi diritti

Puoi chiedere di vedere i tuoi dati, correggerli, cancellarli, limitarne l'uso, opporti al trattamento, riceverli in un formato leggibile e revocare il consenso, scrivendo ai contatti sopra. Puoi anche presentare reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookie e memoria del browser

Il sito non usa cookie di profilazione, né strumenti di statistica o pubblicità.
Usa la memoria del tuo browser solo per ricordare che questo dispositivo è iscritto al club, il tuo codice ospite e la tua scelta sui cookie: è uno strumento tecnico, necessario al servizio, e non richiede consenso. Si cancella cancellando i dati del sito dal browser.
I caratteri tipografici sono ospitati sul sito stesso: nessuna richiesta a servizi esterni.
Il componente di Google per «Accedi con Google» si carica solo nella finestra di iscrizione al club e solo se hai attivato i servizi di Google.
I servizi di Google («Accedi con Google» e la mappa di Google Maps) si attivano solo se li accetti nel banner dei cookie, oppure se sei tu a premere «Mostra la mappa» o «Attiva e continua». Da quel momento Google può usare i propri cookie, secondo le sue regole. Senza consenso il sito funziona lo stesso: ci si iscrive al club con il modulo.
La tua scelta resta memorizzata su questo dispositivo per 6 mesi, poi te la richiediamo. Puoi cambiarla quando vuoi da Preferenze cookie, in fondo a ogni pagina. Chiudere il banner con la ✕ vale come rifiuto.

Who processes the data

Data controller: NABU S.R.L., Via Col del Rosso 43, 00054 Fiumicino (RM), Italy, VAT 18033721004. For any request: WhatsApp or phone +39 344 130 7225.

What data

NABU Club sign-up (needed to view the online menu): full name, home address and email; phone and birthday if you add them. We also note the site language, how you signed up (form or Google), the page you signed up from, your guest code and your choice about updates.
Sign in with Google, if you use it: Google only shares your name and email.
Bookings: the “Book” form stores nothing on the site; it prepares a message that you send to NABU yourself (WhatsApp or email).

Why

To manage the guest register and access to the club and the menu: the service you ask for by signing up (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
To send you event invitations and news, only if you chose so (consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
To meet legal obligations where applicable (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Where it is kept and who handles it for NABU

Netlify, Inc.: hosts the site and receives the sign-up form. Servers may be in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards required by the GDPR (European Commission standard contractual clauses).
Google: the guest register sheet, if active, and Sign in with Google, if you use it.
Chirvasuta Riccardo: technical management of the site, as data processor.

Your data is never sold or passed on to others.

How long

As long as you are a club member. Consent to updates lasts until you withdraw it. You can ask for deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent, using the contacts above. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

Cookies and browser storage

The site uses no profiling cookies and no analytics or advertising tools.
It only uses your browser storage to remember that this device is a club member, your guest code and your cookie choice: a technical tool needed for the service, which requires no consent. It is removed when you clear the site's data in your browser.
Fonts are hosted on the site itself: no requests to outside services.
The Google component for “Sign in with Google” only loads in the club sign-up window, and only if you have turned on Google services.
Google services (“Sign in with Google” and the Google Maps map) are only turned on if you accept them in the cookie banner, or if you press “Show the map” or “Turn on and continue” yourself. From then on Google may use its own cookies, under its own rules. Without consent the site works just the same: you join the club with the form.
Your choice is stored on this device for 6 months, then we ask again. You can change it at any time from Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page. Closing the banner with the ✕ counts as a refusal.
